This photo might look a bit odd - Evelyn has VERY flexible shoulders, much like her Daddy. It's definitely freaked out Noelani a few times, other mothers when she's out, and even the babysitter. She'll roll very far over onto her arm before it pushes her back like a spring, and if you pick her up she'll turn sometimes and her arm will look like it's bent backwards!!
We had the pediatrician take a look however, and it's not a problem of any kind - she just has very flexible shoulders.
